On March, 25th in the Palatinate Forest of Germany happened the 5th "Mobile Expert Meeting with (nearly) no mobile Network-Coverage"
64 European Telecommunications experts joined this meeting. Due to its announced end the Iridium Mobile Network was the main issue.

The experts compared Iridium, Globalstar and Inmarsat Phones and their result was clear:
"Only the Iridium Network allows worldwide coverage with latest models even inside light buildings!"
The Inmarsat-Telephone needs free sight and a setup procedure.
Globalstar needs time, to find a network, outdoor only.
